« Yearning for Sabo» Sen. Coleman votes “No” on immigration cloture vote

SCOTUS term concludes on high note

While no change is personnel is expected today, the good news is that the Roberts Court has ruled the Seattle and Louisville school districts acted unconstitutionally in making race a component in their integration plans.

Roberts:  “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.”  Novel idea.

Better yet is Justice Stevens’ complaint that “no member of the Court” in 1975 (the year he joined the Court) ”would have agreed with today’s decision.”

Progress, my friends, progress.
